You’ll find the oldest lighthouse
on the Black Sea at the port close
to Shabla, and nearby the remains of
a fourth century Byzantine fort.

It is worth searching out the museum
and art gallery in the House of Culture
in Shabla to see the finds from the fort
and the display of contemporary wood
carings and bronzes by local artists.
